Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applicants
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Conduct orientation for new hires

Employee Records & HRIS

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and digital records
  • Track attendance, leave credits, and timekeeping reports
  • Manage and update HRIS or any internal HR database

Compensation And Benefits

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for employee benefits
  • Monitor and process statutory benefits, loans, and clearances

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Support disciplinary processes and assist in investigations
  • Draft and serve memos, notices, and other HR communications
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities

Administrative And Other HR Duties

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Participate in training and development initiatives
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (can be adjusted based on role)
  • Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
