Responsibilities
Employee Recruitment and Selection: Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
Compensation and Benefits Administration, including payroll, timekeeping and government contributions
Employee 201 file maintenance: Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Employee Relations: Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Training and Development
Administrative and office work
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or any related field/course.
Knowledge of HR functions
