Job Description

Monark is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage employee benefits, government compliance and facilitation of onboarding new hires. Youll be the go-to person for team members on payroll accounts, statutory contributions, and company perks.

What You'll Do

  • Handle SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG loans & updates.
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new hires.
  • Guide employees on company benefits (Rice, Educational, Child Birth, Bereavement).
  • Manage HRIS records, payroll accounts, and COEs.
  • Oversee uniform logistics.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
