Monark is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage employee benefits, government compliance and facilitation of onboarding new hires. Youll be the go-to person for team members on payroll accounts, statutory contributions, and company perks.
What You'll Do
- Handle SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG loans & updates.
- Facilitate onboarding process for new hires.
- Guide employees on company benefits (Rice, Educational, Child Birth, Bereavement).
- Manage HRIS records, payroll accounts, and COEs.
- Oversee uniform logistics.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
