Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • End-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and job posting to onboarding.
  • Processing of Local hire/manpower, drug test and background check.
  • Coordinate with shortlisted applicants and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and applicant screening.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including completion of pre-employment requirements and issuance of company equipment, IDs, and office supplies.

Attendance, Leaves & Benefits

  • Monitor daily timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Reconcile attendance records for payroll processing.
  • Monitor and maintain Vacation Leave (VL) and Sick Leave (SL) balances.
  • Prepare and process HR forms, including Leave Forms, Overtime (OT) Forms, and Authority to Deduct forms.
  • Distribute employee payslips and respond to routine compensation-related inquiries.
  • Administer and coordinate government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG (HDMF).
  • Coordinate with the Company's HMO provider regarding employee enrollments, benefit availments, and claims.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, leaves, compensation, and benefits, and ensure timely resolution of routine concerns.

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and other HR records.
  • Prepare and distribute routine HR forms and memorandums.
  • Handle employee infractions involving minor or light offenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of inter-office and disciplinary memorandums.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Development & Engagement

  • Assist in training and development programs.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management activities and employee performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role with focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and timekeeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc)
