HR Assistant

Glenwood Technologies International Inc.

Glenwood Technologies International Inc., a leading company in the wholesale and distribution industry, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The HR Assistant will support daily human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist in employee relations and HR concerns
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate training and learning programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Administer timekeeping reports and employee benefits
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 35 years of HR experience in a generalist role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems is an advantage
  • Experience in people management is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • With at least 2 years of management experience
  • Good English communication skills

Work Conditions
