Job Title: HR Admin Assistant
Job Overview: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the HR function. - Perform inventory management of HR supplies.
- Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Manage biometric registration for new hires.
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related matters.
- Monitor clearance procedures for separated employees.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tidy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work in 7th Ave East Grace Park, Caloocan City
