The HR Services Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to our employees across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and enhancing employee experience through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR services and support functions in the Southeast Asia region.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in HR or related functions.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations in Southeast Asia.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
