Job Overview

The role is responsible for conducting end-to-end employee lifecycle services under HR Shared Service Center (HRSS). This includes onboarding, job and organizational changes, employment data maintenance, and offboarding processes. The role ensures standardized, compliant, and efficient HR transactions in plant while continuously enhancing service quality and employee experience.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Onboarding & Probation Management
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including offer details validation, employment contract administration, HR system setup, and document verification
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and day-one activities such as medical examination arrangements, onboarding documentation, and system access requests
  • Manage probation period administration, including probation tracking, confirmation reminders, and conversion processing
  • Ensure probation-related processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations
  • Employee Changes & Ongoing Services
  • Execute and maintain employee job changes, organizational updates, and internal or inter-entity transfers
  • Employee Data & Records Management
  • Maintain, validate, and control employee master data changes in HR systems
  • Employee Support & Certification Services
  • Act as the HR services point of contact for employee inquiries across onboarding, employment, and offboarding stages
  • Offboarding & Post-Employment Administration
  • Manage end-to-end offboarding processes including HR system updates, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
  • Coordinate final payroll settlement, benefits termination, bank information validation, and IT access deactivation
  • New Hire Orientation & Training Support
  • Support the organization and coordination of new hire orientation and onboarding training programs

HRSS Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR transactions comply with global and local HR policies and labor laws
