Job Description:

We're looking for a Team Lead to supervise a team providing HR services for a global technology client. The position is responsible for managing daily HR operations, including new employee onboarding, staff changes, data management, and hybrid workplace procedures across regions such as Europe, the US, LATAM, and Canada. This person will serve as the key for contact leave management, performance management between the client and the internal team, making sure service levels are met, delivery runs smoothly, and any issues are addressed quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Service Delivery:

  • Oversee, manage and lead HR Specialists handling onboarding, transfers, verifications, hybrid work requests, and data changes.
  • Act as main contact for client and internal team, ensuring workflow compliance.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, training/refresher sessions.
  • Coordinate with client, stakeholders to resolve issues, escalations, and service gaps.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track SLA compliance using CRM, InsightsHR, PowerBI.
  • Deliver regular (weekly-monthly) KPI reports and suggest improvements.
  • Enhance service quality in ramp-up, optimization, and stabilization.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:

  • Quickly address service problems and inefficiencies.
  • Recommend process fixes and uphold standards of compliance, accuracy, and customer focus.
  • Required to manage and handle cases and transactions for 50% work capacity of a service line.

Shift: 6:00PM 3:00AM (Hybrid)
