HR Services Advisor (Shared Services) – Hybrid | Ayala, Makati
We're hiring on behalf of our client, a global organization with a well-established shared services operation, for an experienced HR Services Advisor to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Ayala, Makati, supporting regional and global stakeholders across various HR functions.
We are seeking professionals who are comfortable working mid-shift or night-shift schedules to support international business operations and deliver exceptional HR services across multiple regions.
Employment Type
This is an 18-month contract position with the opportunity for potential absorption by the client, subject to individual performance, business requirements, and the availability of permanent opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process HR transactions accurately and efficiently while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to data privacy standards.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and professional support.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HR-related inquiries and operational issues independently.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions that improve service delivery, quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of new policies, procedures, and process enhancements.
- Develop subject matter expertise in assigned HR service areas and provide guidance on exception handling and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update process documentation, knowledge articles, and operational resources.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or a similar support function.
- Strong attention to detail and experience handling high-volume transactions with accuracy.
- Proven experience working with confidential employee data and adhering to compliance and privacy requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
- Experience supporting global stakeholders, particularly within US and/or EMEA regions, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge management is an advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati.
- Open to working mid-shift or night-shift schedules (depending on current experience)
- Willing to accept an 18-month contract engagement.
