HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist

Location: BGC, Philippines

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Salary: Approximately 10% increase from current salary, depending on Career Level and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and applicable government regulations.
• Lead and support the payroll team in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and updated payroll records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Manage payroll controls, audits, and payroll timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of payroll activities.
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and operations.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience, including salary runs, tax computation, and statutory benefits.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Hands-on experience using SAP as a working tool within payroll execution.
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, including BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a payroll professional who has deep hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and can confidently manage payroll operations from processing through compliance and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate should also have proven experience leading a payroll team, using SAP, resolving payroll issues, managing payroll controls and audits, and coordinating effectively with various stakeholders.
