As HR Sales Trainer, You Are Expected To
- Collaborate with the HR team to assess the training needs of the sales team and develop relevant training programs.
- Design and lead training sessions on key HR topics for the sales team.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, etc.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and development of the sales team to identify training opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR trainer or in a similar role, preferably within a sales environment is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to individuals and groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including sales managers, HR professionals, and executives.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects while meeting deadlines.
