HR Regional Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Regional Lead to drive and oversee HR strategy implementation across an entire region. This role plays a key leadership function in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities while ensuring operational excellence and strong people programs across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HR strategy execution across the assigned region
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders on workforce and talent needs
- Drive organizational development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, systems, and programs across all sites
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support regional business decisions
- Lead employee relations strategies and manage complex cases when needed
- Develop and mentor HR teams across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 4–6 years in a leadership or regional management role
- Strong background in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-site HR operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
