Linked Helpers is actively seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist with 3 to 5 years of proven experience supporting US-based or Australian clients, CEOs, executives, or business owners. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, confident in communicating with applicants, and experienced in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Salary: 35,000 PHP Per Month (6 months probationary period)

Key Responsibilities
- Review new and existing job applications.
- Source qualified candidates for Australian or US-based clients.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews directly through the management calendar.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records.
- Actively manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
- Follow established recruitment procedures and ensure candidates progress efficiently.
- Provide backup reception support when required, including answering calls and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources for Australian or US-based companies.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting phone interviews and speaking with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience recruiting Beauty Therapists, Aestheticians, healthcare professionals, or wellness industry candidates is an advantage.
- Experience recruiting international workers or Working Holiday Visa holders is a plus
