Job Summary
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring qualified employees. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while supporting manpower requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer preparation.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers and employment contracts.
Sourcing and Candidate Management
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain recruitment tracker and update candidate status regularly.
- Prepare recruitment reports such as time-to-fill, hiring status, and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure all recruitment documents are complete and properly filed.
Employer Branding and Compliance
- Promote the companys employer brand to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events when needed.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- At least 25 years of recruitment experience (volume hiring experience is an advantage).
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment process.
Skills And Competencies
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
