Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process from advertising roles to closing hires.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find passive candidates, and screening resumes to create shortlists.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conducting initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Onboarding & Admin: Processing hiring paperwork, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and social media tools.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for candidate outreach and offer discussions.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and fair employment practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Specialist, or similar role.
