Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process from advertising roles to closing hires.
Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find passive candidates, and screening resumes to create shortlists.
Interviewing & Assessment: Conducting initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements and selection criteria.
Onboarding & Admin: Processing hiring paperwork, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation.
Metrics & Reporting: Tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and social media tools.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for candidate outreach and offer discussions.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and fair employment practices.
