Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and support employee onboarding and offboarding while liaising with clients to meet staffing needs and contribute to staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to source and place candidates effectively
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes to facilitate seamless employee transitions
Liaise with clients and companies to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements
Support initiatives to promote staff wellbeing and maintain a positive departmental environment
