Job Objective
To help the company hire qualified employees by sourcing, screening, and assisting applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source, screen, and contact potential applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule candidates for final interview.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from onboarding to offboarding.
- Assist new hires during onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
- Maintain and update applicant and employee records.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
- Handle employee offboarding, including exit process and clearance coordination.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment activities when needed.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
- Can handle end-to-end recruitment process (from onboarding to offboarding).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- With people management skills.
- Can work from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day.
- Preferably female applicants.
