Monitor and respond to recruitment inquiries and applicant communications.
Screen submitted resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department heads.
Update applicant tracking records and recruitment database.
Maintain and organize training and HR documentation.
Assist employees with training schedules, program inquiries, and HR development activities.
Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, and program documentation.
Update records related to employee development, engagement activities, and workforce programs.
Provide administrative support for HRWOD initiatives.
Weekly Tasks
Coordinate scheduled training programs, workshops, and learning sessions as necessary.
Facilitate or assist in new employee orientation or onboarding sessions.
Monitor the progress of new hires during their onboarding period.
Consolidate training attendance records and participant feedback.
Conduct initial screening of applicants and assist in interview coordination.
Follow up with department heads regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, meetings, and town halls.
Assist in reviewing and updating Job Descriptions for open, revised, or newly created positions.
Coordinate with relevant departments for onboarding completion requirements.
Monthly Tasks
Prepare training and development reports and training participation summaries.
Assist in evaluating training programs and onboarding feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in planning and organizing monthly employee engagement activities.
Monitor and report the status of new hires and onboarding completion.
Assist in reviewing and updating the Job Descriptions and role documentation.
Assist in reviewing and updating the Table of Organization (TO) to ensure organizational alignment.
Consolidate recruitment status and hiring progress reports.
Prepare workforce development reports (E.g. Recruitment, Training Hrs. and Expense, HR Bulletin)
OTHERS As SCHEDULED/ NEEDED
Support special HR projects and organizational development initiatives as assigned.
Assist in documentation, process improvement, and policy updates related to HR programs.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the WOD Manager or WOD Supervisor from time to time.
Job Specifications
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum Relevant Work Experience Required
Minimum of 1–3 years in Human Resources, particularly in training and development, recruitment, employee engagement, or organizational development.
