Job Description

What you will do:

Assist in conducting initial screening calls using scripts provided by the TA team to check basic candidate qualifications.
Help make reminder calls or send text messages to candidates at important stages of the recruitment process where follow‑up is needed
Support on‑site recruitment activities at locations by helping with candidate registration, queue management, assessments, and initial screening.
Assist the TA team in sourcing and organizing candidate leads from job platforms, social media, referrals, and career events.
Help update and manage candidate information in the ATS / e‑recruitment system to ensure records are accurate and organized.
