Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and process employment requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Monitor attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism for payroll purposes.
  • Prepare HR documents, memos, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Conduct employee counseling and exit interviews.
  • Monitor probationary employee evaluations and performance assessments.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, Admin, and other departments.
  • Implement and maintain company programs, including S1S6, CGMP, and Cost Management initiatives.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
