Job Description
Recruitment Associate (Hotels and Resorts Industry)
Fast-paced & growth-driven environment | Immediate start preferred
We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and people-driven Recruitment Associate to join our Human Resources team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to get things done, and can work independently while staying aligned with business goals.
This role is hands-on and dynamic: perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is confident in handling end-to-end recruitment, and is equally comfortable managing admin responsibilities and paperwork. If you're highly organized, quick to learn, and not afraid of a little pressure, this might be the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
- Gather pre-employment requirements and conduct background checks.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, and professional networks to find top-tier talent.
- Handle employment documentation and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR protocols.
- Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and performance documents with high attention to detail.
- Assist in other HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help facilitate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Plan, promote, and execute recruitment career fairs and conduct mass interviews.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partner agencies while simultaneously driving them for candidate endorsements.
- Regularly build talent pools for high turnover/seasonal roles: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, and Recreation.
- Be prepared to occasionally stay beyond regular work hours when required to meet important deadlines or events.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years dedicated Recruitment experience, handling high-volume / mass hiring campaigns. Preferable from the Hotels & Resorts Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident when presenting, engaging, and building rapport across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, has the knowledge to create reports, experience using HR systems or databases.
- Able to stay focused and proactive even with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain a positive, welcoming brand presence during long days of back-to-back interviews.
- Comfort interacting with and evaluating diverse candidate populations from various socioeconomic and educational background.
- Understands the value of teamwork, professionalism, and flexibility.
Best if you can:
- Can start immediately
- Enjoy balancing front-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities
