Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, to onboarding newly hired staff for all clinic locations.
  • Coordinate with clinic heads and management to identify staffing needs and ensure timely deployment of qualified personnel.
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation related to hiring, employment contracts, and recruitment reports.
  • Support orientation and induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into clinic operation.

Clinic Management Coordination

  • Handle all documentation, monitoring, and tracking related to clinic management, including compliance reports, permits, and administrative records for submission to management or relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure all operational files, inventory logs, and records are complete and properly submitted.
  • Monitor and track staff schedules, attendance, and other clinic operational requirements as directed by management.
  • Assist in implementing clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Support management in preparing reports, data summaries, and updates related to clinic performance and manpower
