Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, to onboarding newly hired staff for all clinic locations.
Coordinate with clinic heads and management to identify staffing needs and ensure timely deployment of qualified personnel.
Maintain an updated database of applicants and employee records.
Prepare and maintain all documentation related to hiring, employment contracts, and recruitment reports.
Support orientation and induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into clinic operation.

Handle all documentation, monitoring, and tracking related to clinic management, including compliance reports, permits, and administrative records for submission to management or relevant authorities.
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure all operational files, inventory logs, and records are complete and properly submitted.
Monitor and track staff schedules, attendance, and other clinic operational requirements as directed by management.
