HR Projects Intern

About the Internship

Looking for an internship where you'll do more than administrative work As an HR Projects Intern, you'll work directly with the Talent and Capability Development and Employee Experience (TCDEX) to support high-impact projects across talent management, leadership development, employee experience, people analytics, organizational development, and AI-powered HR innovation.

Every project is different. One week, you may be building an executive dashboard or researching best practices in leadership development. The next, you could be helping design an employee experience initiative, evaluating HR technologies, or supporting the rollout of a company-wide learning program. This internship is designed for students who enjoy solving problems, working on multiple initiatives, and learning how strategic HR creates business impact.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Curious, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about the future of work, AI, and organizational transformation.

Nice to Have

Experience or familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

• Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools
• Canva or presentation design
• Project management platforms such as Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make
• Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini
