You own the end-to-end recruitment coordination and applicant management for a US-based client, ensuring that talent pipelines are active and candidates move through the hiring process without friction. Your role operates within a high-volume delivery context, where you are responsible for maintaining job board integrity across Harri, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter while serving as the primary bridge between candidates and hiring managers.

This is not a passive administrative role. You operate within defined schedules and queues, executing initial screenings and coordinating interview logistics to meet specific hiring targets. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured, fast-paced recruitment environments, value data accuracy in applicant tracking systems, and prefer clear, measurable delivery standards over ambiguity.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or people operations within an offshore delivery context.
• Hands-on mastery of Harri and experience managing ads on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Craigslist.
• Proven ability to execute the full coordination cycle, from resume screening and initial phone qualification to complex interview scheduling.
• Cebu City residency with the ability to work onsite during the first week for initial training and alignment.
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift aligned with US business hours.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Prior experience in HR documentation or onboarding processes.
• Exposure to basic HR reporting or workforce analytics.
• Experience supporting people planning and hiring strategy in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Job Posting & Platform Management You own the visibility of the client's talent brand, ensuring every advertisement is accurate, active, and optimized for candidate attraction.

• Create and manage job advertisements across Harri and other designated platforms.
• Monitor posting performance to ensure a consistent flow of suitable applicants.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Candidate Screening & Selection You act as the primary filter for the organization, ensuring only high-alignment talent reaches the hiring manager's calendar.

• Review and screen resumes against specific role requirements and company standards.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidate communication to ensure a professional and transparent experience.

Interview Coordination & Logistics You own the scheduling heartbeat of the hiring process, preventing delays and ensuring zero friction for stakeholders.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and US hiring managers.
• Maintain organized interview calendars and confidentiality standards.
• Support onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
