About the role:
As a People Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our people strategy, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with managers and employees to support key HR functions, policies, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate team-building activities, events, and internal communications.
- Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues and support employee well-being.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data is accurate and confidential.
- Help implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and ensure alignment with company values.
- Support learning and development programs, engagement surveys, and feedback loops.
- Participate in HR projects and help evolve our people practices as we scale.
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement.
