Role Overview

- As an HR & People Coordinator, you'll be the steady hand behind every smooth hire and seamless onboarding experience. From first interviews to first days, you'll help shape how people experience the business — making every interaction feel organized, thoughtful, and on point.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate and client interviews end-to-end.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage pre-employment requirements and background checks.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and employee records (e.g. Zoho).
- Schedule and support New Hire Orientation.
- Assist with HR administration, documentation, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Support employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant HR internships are welcome.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Exposure to HRIS, ATS, or tools such as Zoho.
- Experience supporting hiring or onboarding processes.

Work Details
- Work Setup: Onsite (Eastwood, Quezon City) during probation; Hybrid after regularization.
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (MNL).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
