We are looking for an experienced HR, Payroll, and Administration Manager to lead a small HR team and support multiple business units, including retail operations, marketing, merchandising, and Repairs & Maintenance.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, driving performance management initiatives, and implementing HR projects to improve processes and workforce engagement.
Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with workplace obligations and contractual requirements
Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace relations
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility processes
Maintain accurate employee records, job descriptions, and organizational charts
Lead HR projects and initiatives, including policy reviews and process improvements
Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Ensure legal compliance with federal and state HR regulations
Minimum 10 years of HR experience covering recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and industrial relations
Tertiary education in Human Resources or equivalent
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team
