About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR, Payroll, and Administration Manager to lead a small HR team and support multiple business units, including retail operations, marketing, merchandising, and Repairs & Maintenance.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, driving performance management initiatives, and implementing HR projects to improve processes and workforce engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with workplace obligations and contractual requirements

  • Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace relations

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility processes

  • Maintain accurate employee records, job descriptions, and organizational charts

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, including policy reviews and process improvements

  • Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans

  • Ensure legal compliance with federal and state HR regulations


Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience covering recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and industrial relations

  • Tertiary education in Human Resources or equivalent

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities
