What Youll Do

  • Support day-to-day HR operations for Global Payroll training, communication, and coordination
  • Assist in administering Global Payroll training programs and communication strategies, including planning, execution, project implementation, feedback collection, and workshop documentation
  • Participate in various internal process improvements, communication initiatives, and projects related to Global Payroll
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and communication practices across the global payroll function

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts or other related courses
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign / Adobe Premier for basic design and video development tasks; Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing materials
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills; Basic copywriting skills for crafting engaging and informative content
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
