Role Description:

This a is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations & Workforce Manager located in Pasig. The HR Operations & Workforce Manager will oversee and manage daily HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies, HR management, and handling employee relations. This role involves ensuring compliance with all HR regulations, improving HR processes, and supporting the workforce to enhance productivity and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Operations skills
• Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and HR Management
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a similar role within the cleaning services or related industry is a plus
