Role Overview
The HR Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading HR operational delivery for Personnel Administration processes within a Shared Services environment. The role ensures efficient execution of employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS platform while maintaining data accuracy, service quality, and compliance with global HR standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations covering employee lifecycle transactions including hiring, employee data maintenance, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Manage Personnel Administration activities in SAP System, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Operations team members to meet productivity and service quality targets.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as escalation point for complex HR transactions and employee data issues.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Assist in audits, reporting, and HR data governance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR Operations or Personnel Administration experience, preferably in a Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, HRIS (Personnel Administration module).
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Experience managing HR service delivery and operational metrics.
