Your Role And Responsibilities

This role encompasses and supports HR data processing, reporting, and front ending employee services by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of employee information within client HR systems. This role operates in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment and requires deep attention to detail, collaborative skills, in-depth expertise of HR processes and data analysis.

Core Responsibilities

Assign work to general practitioners and review of their subsequent tasks for quality and accuracy

Process employee transactions such as transfers, department changes, and organizational changes for managers and above in the client systems

Perform QA reviews to validate accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of requests

Coach and mentor the general practitioners

Create, update, and review process documentation, reports, and job aids used for HR data management

Collaborate with client stakeholders for process reviews, change management and reporting mechanisms

Generate standard, recurring, and ad hoc reports for client users as per SLA

Generate monthly and quarterly business review decks as per client process and requirements

Collaboration between various client stakeholders to ensure accurate, employee life cycle activities are resolved with SLA Lead monthly compliance testing to ensure adherence to business control

Requirements

Secondary Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with IBM and client standards, policies, and procedures

Provide required data to Internal Business Controls teams

Implement and follow internal control measures

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Data Management, HR Lifecycle Processes, Hire to Retire
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Exposure to AI tools either personally or professionally.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Suite
  • Amenable to working in shifting and/or night schedules
  • Ability to handle confidential employee data with accuracy and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and controls

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Analytics & Reporting Knowledge: Exposure to analytics and reporting tools and methodologies, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform process improvements and optimize talent acquisition processes.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience working with project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive process initiatives and solution deployment.
  • Business Operations Expertise: Exposure to business operations and process management, with a strong understanding of industry-specific expertise and process best practices relevant to talent acquisition optimization.
