Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and implement HR programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and HR service excellence.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing activities.
- Collaborate with leaders to meet current and future workforce requirements.
- Monitor hiring effectiveness and improve recruitment processes.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor practices.
- Support managers in performance management, coaching, and employee development.
4. Learning & Organizational Development
- Lead training, leadership development, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
6. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage HR records, audits, and risk mitigation activities.
- Monitor HR metrics and drive process improvements through data analysis and automation.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory HR role.
- Experience managing multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and performance management.
- Experience supporting large operations, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or corporate environments.
- Proven experience in handling labor and employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Experience leading HR transformation, engagement, and change management programs.
