Job Description

Lead the HR Operations That Keep Our Business Moving.

At BTI Payments (Philippines), we're transforming the way HR supports the business - strengthening our team, modernizing our people practices, and creating a better employee experience along the way.

We're looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager who's both a strong people leader and a hands-on operator. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, lead a small HR team, and ensure HR services are delivered accurately, and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Lead HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and investigations.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting.
  • Coach your team and improve how things get done.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.
  • Work with business leaders to make HR service even better.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • A proven track record of leading teams, driving accountability, and delivering operational excellence.
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, comp & benefits, payroll, and labor compliance.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • Sharp analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys making processes better.
