To drive end-to-end HR strategy, talent acquisition, and labor relations

Job Description

Act as the end-to-end HR lead, overseeing all aspects of HR operations on-site
Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth plans
Manage personnel administration, payroll, policy implementation, and compliance
Take full ownership of talent acquisition, driving large-scale hiring for plant ramp-up
Partner closely with operations and leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning
Handle labor relations and employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace
Support the transition and implementation of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
Initially operate as an individual contributor, with future responsibility to build and lead an HR team

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables

Proven hands-on HR generalist experience with end-to-end ownership
Strong talent acquisition experience, ideally supporting ramp-ups or high-volume hiring
Solid background in labor relations and Philippine labor laws
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Good-to-Haves

Experience in manufacturing or plant environments
Exposure to HR system implementation or transformation projects
Prior experience in setting up HR functions or greenfield operations
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
