We are looking for an HR Operations Manager who will help build and manage the foundation of our people operations — from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, compliance, and employee experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

HR Operations

• Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, offboarding)
• Maintain and organize 201 files and HR records
• Assist in drafting HR policies and process documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and internal initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies

Payroll & Government Compliance

• Assist in payroll preparation and coordination
• Monitor timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits enrollment & management
• Process government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Maintain accurate HR reports and documentation

Admin & Office Support

• Support office administration and vendor coordination
• Schedule interviews and meetings
• Assist leadership with documentation and reporting
• Provide front desk / receptionist support when needed

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Early Stage)

• Support hiring needs across departments during the company's growth stage
• Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Help develop hiring processes and candidate experience standards
• Ensure new hires align with Marquee's values and culture
