Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Operations / Employee Lifecycle Specialist to support employee lifecycle processes, including exit management, employee relations, and employee data management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate HR records, timely processing of employee transactions, and effective support for employee-related queries in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee exit and offboarding processes, including resignation documentation, clearance, and separation records.
• Support employee relations activities, employee inquiries, and HR-related concerns.
• Maintain and update employee information, records, and HR databases accurately.
• Process employee data changes and other employee lifecycle transactions within established timelines.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, payroll, and other HR teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Lifecycle Management, or a related HR function.
• Hands-on knowledge of exit management, employee relations, and employee data management processes.
• Experience maintaining employee records and processing HR transactions.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, employee offboarding, personnel administration, or HR data management are encouraged to apply.
