Human Resources Operations and Administration Specialist
Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory
- training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications.
- Assist in recruiting work as needed
- Implements new hire orientation and assist in employee recognition programs
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits; occupational health and safety; and training and development
Administration
- Calendar daily monitoring for Head of People (HR)
- Handle and monitor day to day office management for Head of People (Transition of
- Documents, Facilitate buying of Food for meetings)
- Handle and process travel documents for International and Local OB Trips.
- Provide assistance for tasks if needed
- Budget tracking/OPEX and CAPEX, raising of necessary invoices and RFP's for People
- Handle administrative tasks asked
- Process payments, reimbursements and other internal correspondents related to People
- Provide assistance for any Head of People meeting, event or activity
- Coordination for any team activities and concerns.
- Provide assistance if needed for People team members
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resource or Office Management work
- Graduate of any 4 year degree
- Background in the startup industry is an advantage
- Above average communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Can work in a fast paced environment
