HR Operations & Insights Specialist
Location: Manila (Hybrid)
Team: Human Resources/People & Culture
What This Role Is About
Deliver clear people insights across the full HR and People Operations lifecycle, while providing handson support for DEI, culture, health and wellness, recruitment operations, and compliance initiatives. This role blends analytics with real, daytoday people work.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain people analytics and dashboards covering the full span of HR and People Operations (workforce, hiring, attrition, engagement, DEI, and related metrics).
- Turn data into clear, practical insights leaders can act on.
- Provide handson support for DEI, culture, and health and wellness initiatives, including surveys, programs, events, and tracking.
- Support recruitment operations, including coordination, scheduling, screening support, and hiring reports.
- Assist with compliance initiatives and requirements related to regulatory and network rules, controls, and policies.
- Support HR operations and crossfunctional HR projects as assigned.
- Help keep people data accurate, consistent, and auditready.
- Provide handson support across HR and Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including adhoc projects as business needs arise.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience working with HR or people data is a plus.
- Comfortable balancing analytics work with handson HR, compliance, and project support.
- Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn across People Operations.
