Job Summary

The HR Operations & Fulfillment Lead is responsible for managing HR operational processes and workforce fulfillment activities to support business manpower requirements and employee lifecycle management. The role ensures efficient service delivery and strong coordination across HR and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operational support and documentation
  • Coordinate workforce fulfillment and deployment activities
  • Monitor onboarding and employee movement processes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor standards
  • Supervise HR coordinators and fulfillment personnel
  • Analyze operational metrics and workforce reports
  • Recommend workflow and process improvements

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related course
  • 3–5 years of HR Operations or workforce coordination experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable in employee lifecycle management
