Job Description

Job Qualifications HR Operations Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or any related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).

Minimum of 5+ years progressive leadership experience in HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Operations Management, Accounting, Infrastructure, or Facilities Management.

Strong working knowledge of the Republic of the Philippines Labor Code and other local labor laws, statutory compliance, and government reporting requirements.

Proven experience in payroll management, employee benefits administration (HMO, bonuses, incentives), and payroll accounting oversight.

Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, bookkeeping, and fiscal management.

Experience in facilities and asset management, including lease negotiation, vendor management, office acquisition, and maintenance supervision.

Ability to oversee IT infrastructure coordination, including Desktop and Networking teams, ensuring secure and scalable operations.

Strong leadership background in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance/Accounting, Facilities).

High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work with international stakeholders (particularly American counterparts) who value transparency and direct communication.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to shift between strategic planning and urgent operational issue resolution.

Strong executive presence with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and ensure business continuity.

Willing to work onsite in Ermita, Manila (Pearl of the Orient Towers, Roxas Blvd., in front of the US Embassy).

Amenable to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (PH Time).

Available to join on short notice is highly preferred.
