Caldwell Communications – Makati is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist who will manage the end-to-end onboarding process of candidates hired for US-based accounts. The role focuses on ensuring smooth candidate progression from hiring to full deployment.
This opportunity is ideal for BPO professionals with US client experience, strong English communication skills, and backgrounds in retail, sales, or technical support roles.

What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of BPO experience handling US-based accounts
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in Retail, Sales, or Technical Support roles is an advantage
Willing to work on a night shift or graveyard schedule
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferably with a stable employment background
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
What You'll Do
Handle and support the full onboarding lifecycle of new hires
Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed and validated
Maintain accurate onboarding records, trackers, and databases
Guide candidates through onboarding steps and employment requirements
Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling and compliance alignment
Provide timely updates on onboarding status and candidate progress
Communicate effectively with applicants and internal recruitment teams
Support hiring operations for US client accounts
