HR Onboarding & Background Screening Coordinator | Advanced English

100% On-site | GH Tower Offices at Greenhills Mall, San Juan City, Metro Manila

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Onboarding & Background Screening Coordinator to support preboarding, onboarding, and background screening activities for new hires. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and tracking all onboarding requirements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage preboarding and background screening processes.

Guide new hires through onboarding requirements and documentation.

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding journey.

Monitor task completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.

Coordinate with HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and IT teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Track new hire progress and provide regular status updates.

Maintain accurate records and support compliance with onboarding procedures.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration, or related fields.

Experience supporting new hires throughout the onboarding process.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Nice to Have

Experience with HRIS, onboarding platforms, or background screening processes.

Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with recruitment operations and employee onboarding best practices.
