Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and balance workloads for junior recruitment staff.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes, directly handling critical or specialized job openings.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Implement innovative digital strategies and recruitment tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and define selection criteria.
  • Metrics & Compliance: Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, fulfillment rates) and ensure all hiring and onboarding processes comply with legal and company standards.

Quick Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 12 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), data tracking (Excel), and strong stakeholder communication.
