Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes recruiting staff, maintaining employee records, coordinating training, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Support employee performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role (entry-level positions may accept fresh graduates).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
