Job Description
The HR Recruitment Officer is responsible in the end-to-end and timely placement of talents in the organization. He/she will ensure that suitable applicants are provided for each hiring requirements, collaborate for the provision of the tools upon deployment, and monitor performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment, Staffing & Talent Acquisition
- Monitor headcount, review job description, job level, salary grade and position classification.
- Initiate job posting, coordinate with headhunters (for key positions), and facilitate tie-ups with various institutions or job portals or campaigns.
- Collect applications and facilitate candidate's assessment - written exam and initial interview.
- Arrange second level and final interview schedule with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checking as needed.
- Prepare salary comparison, propose job offer and discuss to the candidate, negotiate as needed.
- Prepare and arrange employment contract and signing.
- Send pre-onboarding requirements to the candidates and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth on-boarding experience of new hires.
- Conduct new employee orientation, office tour and introduction to the team. Ensure completion of the required new employee trainings based on on-boarding checklist.
- Coordinate with department managers/lead and monitor probationary performance evaluation.
- Discuss regularization or non-regularization notice.
- Prepares, manages, and updates employee data in the SAP HR system. Confirms the accuracy and integrity of all entered data and ensures that information is available in a timely manner.
Training and Performance Management
- Monitor and provide support and guidance on required in-house training.
- Conduct reviews, provide feedback, identify development needs and propose learning programs.
Qualifications:
- BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- At least seven (7) years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role and 2 years as HR Generalist
- Familiarity with HRIS system (SAP), applicant tracking systems, resume databases and sourcing techniques
- Experience with a recruitment firm is preferred
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement, high quality orientation and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, resilient and self-driven with initiative to work without supervision
- Strong internal and external service orientation
- Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
