Job Description:

  • Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, particularly in soft skills and behavioral competencies
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience in employee engagement and development initiatives is an advantage
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Qualifications:

    • A graduate of BS in Psychology or Human Resources.
    • 2 years of experience in organizational development, talent management and performance management.
    • Experience in assessment tools, training and development programs and performance management systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
