Job Description

The HR Officer (Learning and Development Officer) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs and other high-impact learning interventions that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role plays a critical part in building a strong leadership pipeline, enhancing managerial capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
  • Certification in leadership development, coaching, or instructional design is a plus.
  • With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership or talent development. Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership programs.
