Position: HR GENERALIST

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and training of new hires
- Monitor employee performance and attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related course
- With at least 12 years experience in HR functions
- Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
