Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain positive employee relations while addressing employee concerns.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Assist in human resource planning and strategy development to support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
